The basics of slim body you must know, how it works and functions. Well following are the simple few tips you must know before you look at yourself in mirror and hoping for some miracle
1) Drink plenty of water 3 litres a day. It decreases 0.5 - 1% of fat daily. what happens if u drink    plenty of water daily.
2) But thats not enough, a regular 3-5km walk is must.
3)Eat well. No junky foods. Control yourself.
4)Last but not the least BELIEF on yourself that you can be slim man and can have 6packs.
